Im a meat cutter for local grcery store and i saw this knufe on neive knives on youtube and he said it was good knufe .so i looked it up and got one .i live it says sharp and its easy to sharpen..wish i could get a 9 and 12 inch one. For a whole set .and a boning knife would be nice .i love the s35vn. Strel i have it in my pocket knives. So its a great knife.
